Training is designated for middle level managers, process owners, engineers, measurement lab workers

Preparation of staff to planning and realisation of measurement system capability evaluation as required in ISO/TS 16949 and handbook MSA issue 4.

  •     Basic terms related with MSA
  •     Detailed presentation of procedures used for evaluation of measurement equipment capability with examples
  •     Practical session – determination of measurement system capability. Session embrace methods:
  •     Procedure 1 (Cg and Cgk) – for measurable characteristics – short description of method
  •     KAPPA method – for attributive characteristics – detailed presentation and calculation examples
  •     Other methods according to MSA handbook issue 4.
