Target group:

Training is designated for high and middle level managers, all level staff, people responsible for internal audits, candidates for auditors and Environment System Plenipotentiaries. Contains elements of knowledge improvement and auditing skills.

Training program:

• Functioning rules of ISO 14001:2015 norm based environment management system,
• Reminder of auditing principles
• Goal of internal environment audits, according to ISO 14001:2015;
• Key environment topics,
• Planning of audit, basis on designated auditing criteria;
• Efficient realisation of audit of environment management system (EMS);
• Identification of strengths and weaknesses of EMS;
• Development of clear, coherent and reasonable audit’s report;
• Submission of audit’s report to appropriate staff and management.
• Workshop – conduction of audit and reporting of its results.
