Stages of employee’s development

Target group:
Training is designed for middle and higher management people, process owners, product managers, process engineers, and other supporting departments responsible for production supervision.

Training program:
Make participants familiar with a model based on 4 employee’s development stages - R1 (Rookie), R2 (Adept), R3 (Practical), R4 (Expert).
Appropriate alignment of motivation level to each employee's level of development.
