Target group:

Training is designated for employees of quality, logistics, purchasing departments, acting in automotive branch and people who participate in customer’s audits and cooperate with suppliers.

Training program:

• Improvement of participant’s qualifications in subject of ISO / TS 16949 requirements and specifications regarding purchases and suppliers.
• CSR - as a specific customer requirements.
• Advanced Quality Planning APQP
• PPAP
• Basics of auditing, elimination of bad proceeding methods, coming from routine or lack of training:
  
  • requirements for auditors,
  • goals of audits
• Run of audits according to standards of automotive branch:
  
  • audit planning and preparation
  • auditing rules
  • responsibilities and competences of participants
  • Determination of non-conformities, reporting and corrective actions based on knowledge of practitioners.

Program may be changed according to specific requirements of customer.
