  3. Determination of quality policy and quality goals for organisation
  4. Development of Quality Book, procedures, instructions and card
  5. Preparation of quality tools (FMEA, PPAP etc.)
  6. Verification of prepared documentation

  1. Definition of quality goals for organisation
  2. Implementation of developed documentation and quality tools
• Role of internal auditors:
  1. Choice of internal auditors team
  2. Training in subject of requirements of Technical Specification and rules of auditing
• Internal audit
• Management review:
  
  1. Conduct a review of management system according to requirements of norm
  2. Evaluate actions taken as result of audit
  3. Determine recommendations for improvement arising from findings of review
• Certification manner:
  
  1. Selection of certification body and submission of application
  2. Preparation for certification audit (trial audit)
  3. Certification audit
