Quality management in production – Tools and methodologies

Target group:

Training is designated to all staff responsible for quality in process. From operators, by inspectors, team leaders, production leaders – to engineering staff and process owners.

Training program:

  • Rules of quality management:
    (Methodologies: DMAIC, PDCA, QFD, continuous improvements rules)

  • Quality management methods:
    (Quality management systems, WCM, statistical process management, team work methods, escalation channels, task team establishment)

  • Quality management tools and practical use:
    (SPC, MSA, 5WHY, cause-effect diagrams, histograms, Lorenzo-Pareto diagrams, construction of block diagrams, etc.)

Program may be changed as per individual customer’s requirements.

Duration of training: 1 day (dates to be agreed to customer’s specific demands)
